Terms and conditions
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These terms describe the conditions under which the 8-week MBCT program and the other services of Anna Corona Mindfulness are offered and taught. By registering, you accept them.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who provides the service
Anna Leticia Corona Elizondo, under the trade name Anna Corona Mindfulness (formerly MBCT México), operating in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and reachable at programas@annamindfulness.com.
2. What the program includes
The MBCT program consists of 8 live weekly sessions of two hours each, taught by video call on Zoom, for a total of 16 hours. Registration includes:
- The eight live sessions with direct guidance.
- Guided practice recordings, yours to keep.
- The program workbook.
- Email support between sessions.
3. Nature of the program
MBCT is a psychoeducational and skills-training program. It is not individual psychotherapy, it is not medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace care from a health professional.
If you are in psychological or psychiatric treatment, the program can complement it — but do not stop any medication or treatment in order to take part. Talk it over with whoever is supporting you clinically before you register.
The program is not designed for going through an acute depressive episode, a recent crisis or active substance use without treatment. If that is your situation, write to me before registering so we can look at it together.
In a mental health emergency, go to emergency services or to the professional treating you. Anna Corona Mindfulness does not provide crisis care.
4. Registration and payment
- The program fee is $5,900 MXN.
- Your place is held with a payment of $1,000 MXN.
- The remaining balance is paid before the program starts.
- Registration closes on the date shown on the website or when the group is full, whichever comes first.
Places are limited by design: the format needs a small group to work.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Please read this section before holding your place. The program asks for a real commitment — two hours a week for eight weeks, plus daily practice — and I would rather you decide with all the information.
Before the program starts:
- The $1,000 MXN deposit is non-refundable. It covers holding your place, which from that moment is no longer offered to anyone else.
- If you have already paid the full balance and cancel before the start, you will be refunded the difference between what you paid and the deposit.
Once the program has started:
- There are no refunds, full or partial, for sessions not taken or for leaving the program. The place was taken and the sessions are taught according to the agreed schedule.
Transfers and changes of edition:
- Your place is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be given to another person or moved to a later edition.
The only exception to all of the above: if I am the one who postpones or cancels the edition, section 9 applies and you are refunded everything you paid, including the deposit.
6. Attendance
The program is cumulative: each session builds on the one before. You are expected to attend most sessions and to practice daily between them, for 30 to 45 minutes.
If you miss a session, I can share the content with you and help you catch up, but sessions are not made up privately and there is no discount for missed sessions.
7. Group confidentiality
What is shared in the group stays in the group. By taking part, you agree not to disclose, record or reproduce outside the group what other people share.
Sessions are not recorded.
8. Intellectual property
The recordings, workbooks, presentations and other program materials are my own work or I am licensed to use them. They are given to you for your personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or use them to teach sessions to others without my written permission.
9. Changes and cancellation on my part
If, due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to move a session, I will let you know as early as possible and suggest another date.
If the group does not reach the minimum number of participants it needs to work, I may postpone or cancel the edition. In that case I will refund everything you have paid, including the deposit, or you can keep it for the next edition — your choice.
10. Technical requirements
You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and the Zoom app. I recommend headphones and a space where you won’t be interrupted for the two hours.
11. Services for organizations
Programs and workshops for organizations are governed by the proposal and specific contract agreed in each case, not by these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Changes do not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction.
If you have any questions about these terms, write to me at programas@annamindfulness.com.
